This Invitation Bonus (“the Promotion”) is organized by Valutrades Limited (“Valutrades”).
2.
This Promotion terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your participation in our Promotion program.
3.
This Promotion offers rewards to eligible clients ("Participating Clients") who introduce new clients ("New Clients") to Valutrades.
4.
Participating Clients are defined as clients who are officially invited to join this Promotion by Valutrades.
5.
New Clients are defined as clients who have never previously registered with Valutrades.
6.
Participating Clients will only be eligible for the reward if New Clients register using the Participating Client’s unique Promotion code or link and subsequently complete an initial deposit, which is subject to verification by Valutrades.
7.
The Promotion period is defined as 1 November 2025 at 00:00 until 31 December 2025 at 23:59 (UTC) (“Promotion Period”).
8.
The reward is defined as USD $100 for the Participating Clients and USD $50 for the qualified New Clients, subject to the following conditions:
8.1
Both Participating Clients and New Clients must be eighteen (18) years or older
8.2
Both Participating Clients and New Clients must meet the eligibility criteria applicable to accounts under Valutrades Seychelles, regulated by the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles (FSA).
8.3
Participating Clients must not hold a referral account, Multi-Account Manager (MAM) Account, or Sub-Multi-Account Manager (Sub-MAM) Account.
8.4
Participating Clients may receive rewards for a maximum of one (1) qualified New Clients. If a Participating Client introduces more than one (1) New Client, the reward will only be credited for the first qualified New Client.
8.5
New Clients must open a Live Account under Valutrades Seychelles, regulated by the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles (FSA), to be considered eligible for the bonus.
8.6
Only initial deposits by New Clients that are successfully completed and verified during the Promotion Period are eligible for rewards.
9.
Rewards will be credited to Participating Clients and New Clients, subject to the following conditions:
9.1
Participating Clients and New Clients must have a valid USD trading account to receive the reward. Clients without a USD trading account must create one before the reward can be credited. If a Participating Client or New Clients fails to create a USD trading account within five (5) working days (Monday to Friday) from the date they become eligible for the reward, Valutrades reserves the right to disqualify the client from receiving the reward without prior notice.
9.2
If the Participating Client or New Client has multiple USD trading accounts, the reward will be credited to the account with the most recent activity. If the Participating Client or New Client has only one USD trading account, the reward will be credited to that account.
9.3
Rewards will be credited within a maximum of three (3) working days (Monday to Friday) after the New Client has successfully completed an initial deposit and it has been verified.
10.
Participating Clients must act on their own behalf and may not participate on behalf of others or as a beneficiary for any other individual, whether a participant or non-participant.
11.
Employees, and any parties directly or indirectly affiliated with Valutrades, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion, whether directly or indirectly.
12.
This Promotion may not be combined with or used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, or campaigns, unless expressly stated otherwise by Valutrades.
